Processing Time

- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays).- Orders placed after 2 PM CST will begin processing on the next business day.

 U.S. Shipping Methods & Costs

We only offer shipping within the United States (all 50 states + Washington D.C.). Our standard shipping rates are as follows:

- Order Total $0–$11.99:  - Shipping Fee: $2.99 USD  - Delivery Time: 3–7 business days after processing- Order Total $12+:  - Shipping Fee: FREE (0 USD)  - Delivery Time: 3–7 business days after processing

 Delivery & Tracking

- Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.- You can track your order status on our website or directly through the carrier’s site (USPS/UPS).- We are not responsible for delays caused by severe weather, carrier issues, or incorrect address information provided by the customer.

Address Changes

- If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us at gutone@crossvic.com within 2 hours of placing your order.- We cannot guarantee address changes after the order has entered the processing stage.
